I've been taking a prescription medication, Azithromycin, prescribed by a doctor for a cough. The medication has been causing severe side effects such as painful earache, headache, fever-like symptoms, diarrhea, black bloody stools, stomach pain, headaches, and feeling really tired. Additionally, my throat gets really swollen and it's hard to swallow. What should I do about these side effects?

My blood pressure has been running really low (90/50) and my heart rate has been consistently between 49 to 56. I had an echocardiogram last week and feel lightheaded about 20% of the time, with one instance of passing out. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do about my low blood pressure and heart rate?

I was diagnosed with a fungal infection by my primary physician and prescribed ketoconazole cream, but it hasn't improved after a week and a half. I haven't seen a dermatologist. What could be the issue and what should I do?

I am a 34-year-old male with lactose intolerance and stomach gas problems. I switched to A2 milk, which helped with lactose issues but not bloating and gas. I started taking activated charcoal capsules, which improved symptoms a bit but caused loose stools that have never solidified since. Is this normal or a symptom of something more serious?

I have been experiencing a gradual increase in symptoms since 2013, including weight gain, hair loss, panic attacks, and worsening mental health issues. I suspect that a mental trauma from using weed 12 years ago may have lowered my dopamine levels, as my symptoms resemble those of low dopamine and hypothyroidism. All lab tests, including blood count, vitamins, thyroid function, and brain scans, have come back normal. I am currently taking L-tyrosine and am seeking supplements to increase my dopamine levels. How long will it take to see improvements in my symptoms, and what supplements can help?
