My blood pressure has been running really low (90/50) and my heart rate has been consistently between 49 to 56. I had an echocardiogram last week and feel lightheaded about 20% of the time, with one instance of passing out. I have been experiencing a gradual increase in symptoms since 2013, including weight gain, hair loss, panic attacks, and worsening mental health issues. I suspect that a mental trauma from using weed 12 years ago may have lowered my dopamine levels, as my symptoms resemble those of low dopamine and hypothyroidism. All lab tests, including blood count, vitamins, thyroid function, and brain scans, have come back normal. I am currently taking L-tyrosine and am seeking supplements to increase my dopamine levels. How long will it take to see improvements in my symptoms, and what supplements can help?
