I am dizzy most of the time and when I lie down, the bed seems to be spinning. I was diagnosed with vertigo and given Meclizine, but it didn't work. I had polio when I was 2 years old. What could be causing this dizziness and what should I do?

I have self-induced serotonin syndrome from a heavy dose of DXM two nights ago followed by severe doses of a serotergenic amphetamine analog today. I am experiencing all symptoms of serotonin syndrome except death and fainting, including fully flexed muscles, high temperature, sweating, and high blood pressure. How can I treat this at home safely and fast, or should I go to the hospital immediately?

I am a 43-year-old male with a T-7 spinal cord incomplete injury and type 2 diabetes. I noticed some red in my stool and included pictures. Does this look like blood or food? Yesterday’s stool seemed fine in color and shape, with no red at all. I use a suppository for bowel movements. The previous doctor I spoke to believed this was related to food rather than blood. What do you think?
