I have experienced swelling of the part of the shaft closest to the tip after sexual activity and wrinkling of the lower part when coming in from the cold. The swelling can get severe at times, and I have tried going months without sexual activity. I have no fever, no other existing medical conditions, and I am STD-free. What could be wrong?

What causes chest pain when coughing besides excessive coughing? I'm not feeling well and have recently started coughing, which has quickly led to chest pain. I've always attributed painful coughing to excessive coughing, but this seems different.

I began experiencing a burning sensation in my lower abdomen and lower back on my left side, which worsened and spread to the right side, accompanied by hot sweats, nausea, and dizziness. I went to the emergency room, where a CT scan, blood work, and urine sample were all negative. The doctors suspected a kidney stone or urinary tract infection, but found no evidence of stones, hernia, or diverticulitis. They mentioned a couple of liver lesions but said they shouldn't cause the pain. I was sent home with pain meds and antibiotics, but the pain persists, especially when sitting or standing up. Can you suggest anything?

My local GP has put me on blood thinners to prevent more clots from forming, but further tests and scans have not found additional clots. I live in Eden NSW, which is far from major cities like Sydney and Melbourne. My doctor wants me to see a Haematologist, but there are none locally. Can you recommend a Haematologist in Sydney?
