I've had a long-standing hand problem since the early 1990s, which has progressively worsened despite various treatments including hand therapy and cortisone injections. I've been checked for carpal tunnel and nerve damage, with normal results. I've also had X-rays and an MRI, both showing normal findings. Despite using compression gloves and thumb stabilizers, I still experience significant pain, especially when not wearing these supports. Is there anything else I could investigate to actually fix the problem, rather than just managing the pain?

Should I go to a hospital for a check-up?

I have been experiencing a fever, headache, and sore throat for 2 days after interacting with a stray cat (no biting or scratching). I also had body aches, shivering, and a fever of 100.4F, which has fluctuated. I took Advil to manage the symptoms. I am concerned about the possibility of a viral infection or something related to the cat. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

My oxygen level dropped to 71% for a minute and then went back up to 96%. I have a history of blood clots and am on blood thinners. I had a headache and felt anxious when I saw the low oxygen level. What could cause my oxygen level to fluctuate like this, and how can I ensure it's not a serious issue?
