I've had a low-grade fever on and off for most days over the past 9 weeks, never exceeding 100.8°F, accompanied by fatigue. I've had extensive blood work, a CT scan, and autoimmune tests, all of which came back normal. I was initially positive for TB but later tests were negative, and my chest X-ray and CT are clear. What could be causing this persistent fever and fatigue, and what further tests should I consider?

My 6-year-old daughter has occasional redness (rash) on her face, hands, and feet. The rash comes and goes, sometimes with a little swelling. It started this week. She has light-complexioned skin and her face sometimes turns red when she gets hot and/or cold, but it's never been a rash before. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I recently spent a week in the hospital for surgery and blood transfusions. I was discharged on Sunday and felt fine initially, but now I am feeling very tired and confused about my medication schedule. I missed many of my blood pressure medications. I have an appointment with my doctor next Wednesday, but I am unsure who to contact or what to do in the meantime.

I have multiple symptoms related to ME/CFS, mental health conditions, and a history of viral infections, addiction problems, and low immunity. I'm extremely tired, have muscle aches, insomnia, and mouth ulcers. I take various medications and feel like I'm not being listened to. What should I do?

I would like someone to view the attached MRI films and advise if any of the larger white objects are anything to be concerned about. My ortho only mentioned that there is nothing wrong with the thoracic spine, but did not mention anything else about the films.
