I've had arm pain for two months, starting in my shoulder and extending to my hand and fingers. The pain is intermittent and is most severe when I put pressure on my elbow. I've had a concussion and stopped physical therapy. What could be causing this pain and what should I do about it?

I just tested positive for COVID-19 with a home test. I have a 103°F fever, body aches, lethargy, chills, and a headache. I started having a dry cough over a week ago. I have been experiencing pebble stool for over a month. I took Miralax and had a perfectly shaped normal stool with no blood or stomach pain. Sometimes my stool is softer but still in separate lumps. I am 43 years old, have no medical conditions, and take Lexapro and GOLO Release supplements. I have a colonoscopy scheduled and am trying to understand if my symptoms could indicate colon cancer and what else might be causing my constipation.
