I've had my tubes tied since 2008. Last month, I missed my period and experienced spotting for a day, followed by intermittent cramping. My periods have been irregular since I was 14, but they became more regular after my tubal ligation. I'm 33 years old, sexually active, and have mild cramping with a small amount of discharge but no odor. What could be causing these symptoms?

I have celiac disease, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, anxiety, ADHD, and a history of malabsorption. I'm currently on Adderall XR, Nature-Throid, and Wellbutrin. Since June, I've experienced significant cognitive impairment, neuropathy, and fatigue, along with other symptoms like confusion, word-finding difficulties, dizziness, and numbness. My MRI showed bilateral subcortical T2 hyperintensities, which my PCP said are not concerning and don't warrant a neurologist referral. My psychiatrist suggested talking to my PCP, creating a loop. Given my symptoms and MRI findings, should I push for a neurologist referral or seek a second opinion?

My son, aged 7, has persistent swollen tonsils, trouble swallowing, and constant aching throat pain with bursts of stinging, accompanied by strong bad breath. He has no fever, chills, cough, or tender swollen glands around his neck, but his tonsil has a white, webbing appearance with holes in the tissue.
