I've missed my period, my last period was October 19, and my period for December was supposed to come, but I have no symptoms like I usually get. I took five pregnancy tests, all negative. I've gained a lot of weight, feel tired, always hungry, and had sore nipples for a couple of days. What could be causing this, and could it affect my ability to have kids in the future?

I have been experiencing a high pulse rate for a couple of weeks, reaching 176 tonight, with symptoms including fast heart beating, difficulty breathing, feeling suffocated, and chest pressure. My blood pressure is usually good but was high for about a month. I have a family history of heart disease and heart attacks, and I have had instances of blood pressure dropping when standing up quickly. Do I need to see a doctor?

I had sex with my ex partner two days ago, and now I'm experiencing UTI symptoms such as burning urination, cramps, and pain/discomfort in the bladder area. I previously had similar symptoms after sex with him, which were treated with metronidazole, but they have returned. Can this be due to trichomoniasis, BV, or another STD? What is the correlation between UTI and cheating, and how should I proceed with testing and treatment?
