I had sex with my ex partner two days ago, and now I'm experiencing UTI symptoms such as burning urination, cramps, and pain/discomfort in the bladder area. I previously had similar symptoms after sex with him, which were treated with metronidazole, but they have returned. Can this be due to trichomoniasis, BV, or another STD? I have been experiencing severe abdominal cramping and constipation for about 3 days. I have used laxatives, but they have not provided significant relief. I am also experiencing random sharp stabbing pains in my left testicle, which sometimes radiate up to my lower abdomen.
