I have had a pain below my right shoulder blade and ribs (back side) for about a week. Sometimes it causes shortness of breath or hurts to inhale. I've tried some over-the-counter medication, and the pain also feels like it wraps around my shoulder blade at times. I am having a swelling in my testicles that has been constant for almost 2 months. It only hurts if I sit a certain way or lay on my stomach.
