I've recently had hives that have gone away, but now I have shiny dark spots on my face where the hives were. Will these spots peel or go away on their own? Is this a common occurrence, and if so, how long do they typically last? Should I try exfoliating or using antihistamines to speed up the process?

I feel a small lump in the back of my upper calf near the knee on the right side. There is no warmth, redness, or significant pain, but a slight ache and a feeling of tightness. The area looks slightly swollen to me, but others say it doesn't appear swollen, and measurements are the same as the left leg. I'm concerned it might be a blood clot, but I have no risk factors for clots. What could this lump be, and should I be concerned about it?

Is it normal to have somewhat symmetrical ridges on each side of the scalp, running from the front almost to the crown on each side? I noticed them about 2 years ago and have been concerned about them since then. Could this be a sign of a brain tumor?

I'm a 32-year-old very fit female. I eat very healthy and exercise frequently. I was overcome with extreme abdominal pain below the belly button, accompanied by a persistent fever (100-101.5°F) despite taking Tylenol and Motrin. I am unable to keep food down but can manage liquids. My bowel movements have changed from normal to watery to foamy and have an unpleasant smell. I am extremely weak, have no energy, and have been sleeping approximately 18 hours daily for the last four days. I am concerned about my condition.

I am experiencing severe pain emanating from my neck region up the back of my head, which is relieved only when lying flat on my back. I have tried painkillers and anti-inflammatories with minimal relief. I have a history of chiropractic treatment around the neck region but never had pain deferment into my head. Neck rotation is good, but direct downward movement of my chin causes pain down the back. What could this be, and what can I do for relief?
