I was bitten by a dog on my wrist last night. The bite broke the skin, and I've been keeping it clean. I'm 43 years old, in relatively good health, and have taken Advil and Tylenol for it. The dog is fully vaccinated. Should I go to the hospital, and what care should I follow for the bite?

My 2-year-old baby had croup cough 2 months ago and is now symptom-free except for occasional coughing in the afternoons that goes away after a steam bath.
