I was having stomach/gastro issues after eating a sandwich, including gnawing in the stomach, burning, awful gas, and soft stools. Blood work, stool tests, and a GI Map were done. The GI Map showed H pylori positive, while other tests were negative. I was prescribed pantoprazole and a stomach-coating medication, and started taking Pyloricil. After 7 days, the gnawing and burning are gone, stool is normal, but I have slight nausea, belching, and a loud stomach. Why do the tests conflict, and can I trust them? Could the symptoms be related to H pylori or other bacteria, or could it be stomach cancer?

I have pain on the right side of my chest that strikes for a few seconds randomly. Breathing doesn't make it worse or make it occur. The pain is a 4 on a scale of 1 to 10, lasts about a few seconds, and comes and goes throughout the day. I also experience slight nausea, excessive gas, and chronic fatigue syndrome. Could my diet, which includes a high intake of fiber and fruits like strawberries, blueberries, and bananas, be causing these symptoms?

My partner had a kidney stent put in as an emergency without treatment of the stone. She's finding it too uncomfortable to have in for 6-8 weeks until they do the second surgery to treat the stone. Would it be possible to have the kidney stone treatment sooner if we went to a private urologist?

If you normally take a baby aspirin every day, is it okay to take a baby aspirin in the morning and at night for a couple of days if you have some chest tightness? Also, if your eGFR has dropped from 109 to 79 over a year, is this cause for concern, and can eGFR levels go back up?
