Yesterday, I ate Taco Bell and took Excedrin Migraine around 3:30 pm. My headache went away within an hour, but at around 6 pm, I started to get a gnawing ache in the middle of my abdomen, about 2 inches under my breastbone. The pain is fairly intense, especially when my stomach makes noises, and feels like an uncomfortable squeezing followed by a loud abdominal noise. I have terrible anxiety and tried to make myself throw up but just dry heaved hard. Shortly after, the left side of my chest radiating to my back started to ache, which went away after I stopped panicking. I wasn't able to fall asleep until 6 am. The pain seems a little less severe but still feels gnawing and squeezing. I don't have a fever and I'm not bloated or tender to the touch. What could this be? I have had an ulcer in the past but I'm afraid this could be my gallbladder.
