I was in the Mumbai Airport, India. A stray dog walked about 20 feet in front of my group (no contact). We had to walk where the dog had walked with our roller bags. I am worried that if the dog had drooled or salivated, my bag could have rolled over the drool spot and got contaminated with Rabies. I wiped the wheels with soap and water, but then I worried that I spread it around my hotel room with the water. I got disinfectant from housekeeping and sprayed the wheels and bottom. Is there a chance of getting rabies this way? Is my bag contaminated? Did I contaminate my room? Can I use the stuff (clothes, grooming utensils inside the bag)? Will it cause a risk to my family if I take it home?

I am a 26-year-old female with ongoing balance issues since 2015, sporadic slurred speech, difficulty with handwriting, and spasms in my little finger. I also experience moments where my hand fails to open as expected and feel like a slightly drunk person when walking or skiing. I have had an MRI in 2015 that showed no issues, and I am currently on anxiety medication (Citalopram). What could be the root cause of these symptoms and where should I start for treatment?
