I have been experiencing throat pain for the past two days, which hurts when I sneeze. There is no problem with speaking or voice. I am a 40-year-old male who had COVID two months ago. Should I be concerned, and is there anything I can do at home for relief?

I was involved in a high-impact car accident as a front seat passenger, resulting in a sternum fracture and subsequent issues with my right leg, including difficulty weight-bearing and a noticeable difference in the length of my femur compared to my left leg. What could be causing these symptoms, and what further diagnostic steps should be taken?

I had a laparoscopic hernia repair surgery today for an anterior abdominal hernia. Upon leaving the OR recovery room, the hernia bulge looks worse and more distended than before. I expected some swelling but the protrusion is still completely there and appears larger. The surgeon attributed it to gas and bloat, stating the procedure was successful and it should improve in 6-8 weeks. Is it possible that this is normal post-surgery swelling and gas, or could there be an issue with the repair?

I have been experiencing extreme cough, dry feeling in my throat, difficulty sleeping, waking up screaming and disoriented, and sores in my mouth. The cough is constant and painful, and I have been feeling off and more lively. I am not on any medications and I am 23 years old. I never felt this way before. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to alleviate them?
