I would like to have another X-ray looked at. I was involved in a high-impact car accident as a front seat passenger, resulting in a sternum fracture and subsequent issues with my right leg, including difficulty weight-bearing and a noticeable difference in the length of my femur compared to my left leg. What could be causing these symptoms, and what further diagnostic steps should be taken?

I had a laparoscopic hernia repair surgery today for an anterior abdominal hernia. Upon leaving the OR recovery room, the hernia bulge looks worse and more distended than before. I expected some swelling but the protrusion is still completely there and appears larger. The surgeon attributed it to gas and bloat, stating the procedure was successful and it should improve in 6-8 weeks. Is it possible that this is normal post-surgery swelling and gas, or could there be an issue with the repair?

I am 42.5 years old and recently had a female cancer screening panel done, which did not include CA 27.29. I have mild hypothyroidism and a history of hyperthyroidism treated with radioactive iodine therapy. My last normal mammogram was in December 2019, and I had a transvaginal ultrasound in August 2019 and early this year, which showed no uterine fibroids. My CEA level is normal, and I have no family history of cancer. I am concerned about the absence of CA 27.29 in my screening panel, the potential for ovarian cancer, and the interpretation of my CA15.3 and AFP serum tumor marker results, which are slightly elevated.
