I went to a very dirty public toilet where someone didn't flush, leaving urine and feces on the toilet seat. I had an emergency and had to urinate, but I didn't sit on the seat. I'm worried that dirty urine might have splashed back on me. Can I get HIV or any other disease through this?

I've had a hacking cough for 3 weeks that comes and goes, causing fatigue. I'm 60 years old, female, and take medications for diabetes, thyroid, and cholesterol. I have a family history of genetic heart issues but no personal history of heart problems. I've used inhalers in the past for similar coughs. What can help alleviate this cough?

I have been losing weight over the past few weeks, going from 250 lbs to 236 lbs. I had a thorough blood check and an ultrasound on my abdomen, both of which came back clear.
