I have a pulse in my ear that is faster than my heartbeat. It started a few hours ago and is irregular with no rhythm. I am 24 years old, take birth control, and had some phlegm in my throat this morning. There are no earaches or hearing problems, and the pulse is only in my left ear. What could be causing this?

I have a bulging vein on my forehead that has been itchy with small red and white dots for the last 20 minutes. I also experienced minor blurry vision for distant objects and have been very stressed about my health lately, with recent heat flashes in my head. I am 19 years old, non-binary, and taking Mucinex DM Fast-Max, Azithromycin, and albuterol for strep. I have health anxiety and minor allergies to penicillin. I have had fast heartbeats twice in a week. I have atrial fibrillation (afib) and am nervous about it, but I think I've only been in afib once. I had afib about 3 years ago but nothing since. I had a surgery to remove large fibroids, but I'm struggling to understand why it was considered urgent when the fibroids weren't causing any problems. Now, I'm experiencing urinary incontinence, sexual and bowel dysfunction, aching hips, all-over pain, weight gain, and depression. What could have been the urgency for the surgery, and is there any risk of complications from leaving the fibroids to shrink naturally at menopause?
