I went to work today and had random drug tests. I did two swab tests and was told I didn't have any saliva. I had taken flu tablets and antidepressants just before work. What could be the reason for not having sufficient saliva, and what specific information should I provide to my workplace?

I am 66 years old and recently played in a baseball tournament in 85-degree heat, playing 6 games in 6 days. Two weeks after the tournament, I started experiencing full-body itching, mostly at night, along with foamy urine and feeling warmer than normal. I do not have any swelling. I am concerned about these symptoms and am wondering if I should be worried about kidney damage, especially since I have had difficulty moving my stools for about a year and a half, despite various tests.

I have an anal lump and am concerned it could be squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). I had CIN 2/3 with successful LEEP in 2011. Could this have returned as anal dysplasia? What are the classic signs of SCC, and who should I see for an evaluation?

I am 71 years old and have a history of anxiety, including panic attacks and episodes of vertigo. Recently, I experienced a panic attack that felt like a heart attack, but my heart check-up in January was fine. I exercise regularly and have been managing my anxiety with the help of my GP and therapist. However, I still experience sudden spikes of anxiety and chest soreness, which seem to lessen when other symptoms arise. I also had a recent episode of vertigo that improved with medication. Despite reassurances from my doctor, I often feel the urge to go to the ER due to these anxiety spikes. What could be causing these ongoing anxiety spikes and how can I better manage them?

I have a hematoma on my upper thigh from a fall over 3 weeks ago. It's a hard lump that doesn't hurt unless I lay on it. I'm a 69-year-old female with diabetes and controlled hypertension, taking medications including Amlodipine, furosemide, levemir, victoza, fenofibrate, clonidine, and lyrica. How dangerous is this hematoma to my body, and what should I watch out for?
