I was concerned about possibly having diabetes due to symptoms like fatigue, extreme weakness and nausea after eating sugary foods, and sore eyes. I tested my blood glucose level after 15 hours of not eating and got a result of 5.4mmol. Is this result still valid for diagnosing diabetes, and should the test be done exactly 8 hours after eating or can it be longer?
