I am concerned about a health issue concerning my bowel. After using the washroom today, I noticed blood when I wiped. My stool appears to be the regular color and consistency, and there was no blood on the toilet or stool. I take omeprazole for GERD, which has been diagnosed and treated with an endoscope. What could be causing the bleeding, and what should I look out for in the future?

We are worried about our toddler granddaughter's dramatic behavior changes. She is 2 years, 9 months old, adopted by a lesbian couple who split during the pandemic. Recently, she has become fearful, crying, and won't come near us, preferring only one of her moms. I stopped breastfeeding in March and didn't have a period until September. Since then, I've had periods in September, October, and November, with bleeding again on November 17th. I've been having unprotected sex since September and am trying to conceive. I stopped taking birth control pills completely in early November, but I was inconsistent with them before that. Could this hormonal imbalance affect my ability to conceive, and am I likely not pregnant?
