For the past two weeks, I traveled to Thailand and had protected sexual intercourse with multiple partners. Condoms broke once or twice but were immediately replaced and cleaned. Now, I have minor bumps around my penis, which resemble the beginning of Molluscum Contagiosum, a condition I was diagnosed with and fully recovered from last year. Additionally, I started hair removal laser treatment a few months ago, and my scrotum feels dry and fragile, possibly related to acne treatment with isotretinoin, which I stopped six months ago. I also experienced insect bites during my trip and have a few bites around my body, including the penis area. I'm unsure if these factors are related to the bumps around my penis and how to treat them.

I came in 2 days ago and got 2 prescriptions for an infected tattoo on my right ankle and foot area. The affected area is about 4-5 inches square, and it is still swollen and very sore, though it is drying up and the swelling has gone down somewhat. I have also begun to feel nauseous, and I don't know if it's from the infection or the antibiotics. I am 45 years old and have been using the antibiotics for almost 48 hours. What should I do?

I have a blockage and swelling in a couple of nerves in my right testicle. The swelling has been present for a few months and is sometimes painful. I also feel pain in two different parts of my body. I am 33 years old and not currently on any medications. My doctor has prescribed anti-inflammatory medication in the past, which temporarily reduced the swelling and blockage. I have had an ultrasound twice, the last one being a year ago, which showed no concern for testicular cancer. However, the swelling and pain are intermittent. Additionally, I sometimes feel pain in my right foot and right kidney, which I believe may be linked to the nerve issue. I had a hernia surgery three years ago, and the swelling problem started a year after the surgery. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do next?
