I woke up with swelling under my left ear and behind my jaw on Monday morning. By Tuesday, the swelling had increased significantly and is now visible and tender, especially after eating. I have a headache and sensitivity when moving my head. The swelling is directly behind the jawline. What could this be and what should I do?
