I have a sore area at the corners of my mouth, possibly from wearing a mask. I have tried polysporin and Clotrimazole, but it is still sore and not getting better. How long have you had the soreness? I had a severe reaction to my third COVID vaccine, including unbearable palpitations and fast pulse four days after the shot. Despite normal EKG, blood tests, and a Zio patch, an echocardiogram showed a severely enlarged left atrium (LAE) at 5.1. However, subsequent tests and a chest x-ray did not support this finding, and I have no symptoms of LAE. I am experiencing panic attacks and am scared. What could be causing my symptoms?
