I have been experiencing excessive discharge for about 4 months. The discharge is of regular color and smell but is very abundant and sometimes crusty in my underwear. Do I have palmar erythema? My hands have been unusually red for the last month or two, and I've been heavily drinking since I was 21. I'm 24 years old, 6'0, 250 lbs, and have prehypertension. My last drinking session was from Sunday to Wednesday with a total of 42 beers.

I received the flu shot and the pneumonia shot today, and now my whole shoulder is in a lot of pain, very hard to move, and the pain has even gone to my armpit. I also have a fever of 100.5, a headache, and cold chills. Is this normal?
