I have been experiencing a mild stinging sensation during and after urination, along with a feeling of retaining urine and small amounts of urine dripping out afterward. I have also noticed some redness and a white area at the opening of the penis, which is sore when touched. Could these symptoms be related to psychological factors, poor hygiene, or physical irritation from retracting the foreskin too much while urinating? Is it possible that these symptoms are being exacerbated by not drinking enough water and over-focusing on the sensations?
