I've been experiencing anal pain for almost 2 years, which comes and goes, and it feels like a stabbing pain during bowel movements. I'm a 30-year-old male. I've also noticed red stuff in the toilet, which I initially thought was from drinking red-colored beverages. I've been checked for hemorrhoids and anal fissures, but nothing was found. What could be causing this pain, and should I be concerned about colon cancer?

I have severe gastritis symptoms, including attacks, weakness, back pain, neurological issues, rapid heartbeats, and muscle spasms. My doctor scheduled an endoscopy for 6 weeks from now, but I'm currently taking omeprazole. What additional steps can I take to manage my symptoms and what further tests should be considered?

I have had a lot of X-rays and CT scans in my lifetime, totaling about 57 mSv. I am concerned about exceeding the recommended lifetime limit of 100 mSv. I have upcoming appointments for a spine X-ray, a calcium score test, a mammogram, and a hip X-ray. What should I do?

I have been experiencing slight chest pain during and after eating, particularly after consuming pork, for the past two years. The pain is dull and shallow, feeling like it's in the bone. I am 31 years old and have a history of sinus infections. I am overweight with a BMI of 33. What could be causing this pain and what can I do about it?
