I have had a lot of X-rays and CT scans in my lifetime, totaling about 57 mSv. I am concerned about exceeding the recommended lifetime limit of 100 mSv. I have upcoming appointments for a spine X-ray, a calcium score test, a mammogram, and a hip X-ray. What should I do?

I have a small, hard bump in my chin just above my Adam’s Apple. It feels like the size of a pea, doesn’t hurt, and moves under my nail. I noticed it last night and there have been no changes. It’s not itchy or a different color than my skin, and I can’t see it when I pull my skin back.
