I think I have a few broken toes from a fall last week. I had an x-ray at the time of the injury, which showed no fractures, but I'm still experiencing stiffness and swelling in the outer three toes. Should I use buddy taping for these toes, and is it okay to tape two injured toes together if they are the outer ones?

I have a small bruise-like lump on my upper right arm that doesn't hurt. I'm 25 years old, not using any medications, and have no significant medical history. The lump has been present for about a month and has changed in appearance, going from darker purple and larger to smaller and oval-shaped.
