I have been experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, and various physical symptoms such as tingling in the tongue, chest pain, fluctuating heart rate, stomach pain, and nausea. My ECG shows an incomplete right bundle branch block, and I have a history of anxiety and mild sleep apnea.
