I have egg burps and my solar plexus and under aches so much and stops and then spreads to my side lower two ribs. It’s causing me to get goosebumps. Slightly nauseous to meat smells. I’m a 20-year-old female, three months postpartum, and experiencing stomach ache but no chest burns, diarrhea, or bloating initially. However, I just got diarrhea that smells like eggs and is now causing me to feel really cold. Is blood in diarrhea normal?

I had lab test results return with an elevated light chain number of 1.79 (threshold is 1.65). My electrophoresis protein panel was normal. I have a family history of amyloidosis. Should I have genetic testing, and if detected early, will it help with my long-term prognosis? Additionally, do kappa and lambda numbers fluctuate, and if I were to be tested again, could the ratio change?
