I’m a 40-year-old Hispanic male, 6’ tall and weigh 308 lbs. I’m currently on atenolol 100mg and have been using an APAP for 5 days. Earlier today, I experienced mild heart palpitations and felt a lump in my chest, which subsided after a few minutes. Then, I felt mild tightness around my throat, which has since improved but is still present. I’m not in pain or discomfort, and I don’t feel dizzy. What could be causing these symptoms, and when should I be concerned about a more serious condition?

I have a broken bone in my knee that I've had for 25 years and have fallen on it multiple times this week. I'm currently taking ibuprofen, but it's not helping with the extreme pain. I need something stronger, like Vicoprofen or Oxycodone. Can the doctor help?

I swallowed a piece of chicken around 4 pm and it got stuck in my throat. I have been unable to swallow since then, can't keep down even sips of liquids, and have been drooling and regurgitating. My breathing is not compromised but I can't take meds. Do I need to go to the ER?
