I’m a 55-year-old male with a small cyst in or near my inguinal area that is slightly tender when touched. I shaved my pubic hair four weeks ago and accidentally cut myself, which healed, but now I have this cyst. Should I be concerned about it, and what could it be?

I made an appointment with a GI due to stomach pain and burning. After various tests, including a CT Angiogram that found a 1/2 inch nodule in my lung, the GI recommended surgery. I am concerned and have symptoms of burning and shortness of breath. Why would they suggest surgery based on the CT findings?

How long does it take for Protonix to work? I've been taking it for one week and it hasn't helped with severe stomach acid causing diarrhea, inability to eat, and sleep issues. Can I take 40 mg of Protonix twice a day, and is it okay to add another medication like Zantac or Rantidine? Additionally, I have a history of cardiac ablation and hypertension.
