I have tested positive for Covid and am experiencing symptoms such as a slight fever, weakness, headache, and sore throat. I am located in Glenside, Philly suburbs, where Covid is not widespread, but I am the fifth person in my household to get it. I am a 72-year-old male with a history of colitis and minor arthritis in my hands. I took Nyquil last night, which seemed to help, and I also have Ivermectin from a friend. I have not seen a doctor yet and have been sick for two days. What should I do?

I’m having watery yellow bowel movements, pain, and vomiting sometimes. The pain is in my upper abdomen, mostly dull and achy, similar to before my gallbladder was removed. I take no prescription medications, only over-the-counter Aleve, Benadryl, and melatonin. My husband recently passed away, and I’ve had trouble sleeping. Is a lower heart rate normal when you are really exhausted and haven’t slept well? I usually have a higher heart rate, but it was in the 50’s while sitting down. I haven’t been sleeping well, sometimes not at all, and I take Ativan to help me sleep. Will Ativan lower my heart rate more, and is that dangerous?
