Is a lower heart rate normal when you are really exhausted and haven’t slept well? I usually have a higher heart rate, but it was in the 50’s while sitting down. I haven’t been sleeping well, sometimes not at all, and I take Ativan to help me sleep. Will Ativan lower my heart rate more, and is that dangerous?

I took a drug test today for a job at Centra Care. I last smoked and used Delta 8/CBD gummies on November 18.
