I am experiencing severe, constant, sharp pain in my right shoulder for the past three days, which has been getting worse despite taking Pandol 30 mg and Codine. I am 77 years old and also on heart medications and arthritis treatments. What could be causing this pain, and what further steps should I take?

I took a drug test today for a job at Centra Care. I last smoked and used Delta 8/CBD gummies on November 18. I'm worried because a nurse friend gave me a test that showed one red line and one very faint line a week ago. I drank a detox drink this morning but hardly peed. Would colon infection make pain in the left side of the stomach including the abdomen (left side only)? How can I make sure that this pain is due to the infection of the colon, and will this pain get worse during periods?
