I’m almost due for my BP medication again, but I ate a salty bag of pistachios and drank a coke, which led to a bad headache. I had a similar headache earlier but it went away after drinking Gatorade and taking Advil. I’m worried this new headache might be due to high BP. Could this be the case?

I have been experiencing blood in my sputum and dark bags under my eyes for the past four days. I have never had these issues before and it is causing me significant emotional distress. I am worried about the blood and the appearance of the bags under my eyes. Could this be related to aging or genetics? What could be causing these symptoms and how can they be addressed?
