I'm having pain in my left kidney for about 2 days. The pain seems to be getting worse. I recently went on a drinking binge. What could be causing the pain and what should I do?

My pain management doctor abruptly stopped my Dilaudid without tapering me down, and I'm unsure what I should do. I've been on it for over 10 years for CRPS, have had 10 surgeries in the last 3 years, and am on several other medications including severe osteoarthritis. I have appointments with new pain management doctors the week of the 21st, but I'm concerned about managing my pain until then. What options do I have?

I have a single small red bump near the top of my penis, to the side of the urethra. I noticed it yesterday and it was irritating me in my boxers. I have had three oral sex partners in the prior few months and occasionally get cold sores from HSV1. I thought HSV2 was not typically spread orally to genitals and that it usually presents with several lesions or bumps. What could this bump be, and should I be concerned about it being an STI?

I noticed a mass under my armpit over a year ago. I had a mammogram and nothing came up. Four months ago, I was having a dull pain in the same area and had another mammogram that showed nothing. I went back for my follow-up exam. The dull pain is gone, but my doctor and I felt a lump. I just had an ultrasound and it was confirmed. I have no insurance and I'm not sure what to do now.

I'm fairly certain I've got a minor male yeast infection on my penis, and I can't get to see a doctor to get it diagnosed till the 29th. What should I do till then?
