My doctor advised taking Trintellix, which is similar to Lexapro, but I didn't find Lexapro helpful. Can Trintellix help me? Also, the doctor said I can stop Trintellix without weaning off, is that possible? If Trintellix doesn't work, will I face withdrawal symptoms? Should I consider SAM-e instead, and can I take it with Trintellix? Lastly, if my current sleep medications stop working, what benzo is best for sleep, considering Ativan is not an option?

Can I cut my Metoprolol Tartrate in half if I am experiencing side effects such as dizziness, nausea, tingling in the right arm, and toothache, especially after taking the pills? I am taking 25mg twice a day and just started on Monday. I am 66 years old and have no other medications except for 25 mg of Thyroid. My blood pressure has dropped and my heart rate has decreased, making me feel worse.

I would like a follow-up psych evaluation and diagnosis. I have spoken to a mental health professional before and have been taking medications including levothyroxine 88 mcg and sertraline 25 mg. I am currently experiencing no sleep or eating issues, but I have had a thyroidectomy and am on vitamins. What other symptoms should I be aware of, and have I been given a definitive psychiatric diagnosis in the past that needs confirmation, or is this a new evaluation?
