Can any of the psychiatric medications cause Tachy Brady Syndrome?

I have been experiencing persistent throat pain for several months, along with swelling of my lymph nodes that comes and goes. I also have a history of Hashimoto's disease, recurrent strep throat, and ear infections as a child, which may be contributing to my current symptoms. Additionally, I have vestibular migraines and difficulty with balance, especially in large or brightly lit areas. I am struggling with weight management despite healthy eating habits and limited exercise due to my health issues. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to address them?

I have a low-functioning gallbladder with constant pain and was told it could rupture if I have gallstones. I also have IBS, diverticulosis, and severe anxiety.
