I had my period exactly one week ago and I woke up bleeding with a fever and headache. I only had the headache right before I woke up to the bleeding. The pain is in my whole head, the top and front. I have a history of irregular periods after a miscarriage in 2016, a small cyst, and fibroid. The bleeding is light with one clot, and I experienced pains in my lower back and legs, followed by a fever and headache. Last night, I had a sharp pain in my abdomen right after eating, which lasted for about a minute or two. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
