How do I get leaner and more fit?

I have a cut between my buttocks, towards the top of my rear. I sweat a lot on my lower back and it drips down to places it shouldn’t. I work out daily, so this happens often. My skin in that area is moist a lot and it can sometimes get itchy. I scratched too hard one time and gave myself a cut at the top of my buttocks between them. It caused some oozing and bleeding for a while and also a red rash around the area. I’ve started using Neosporin, A+D ointment, and baby powder to help keep things dry. I am also currently on fluconazole for a different infection. Any thoughts on prevention, or should I worry about infection since the area had a red rash?

My 2.5-month-old baby has a persistent diaper rash that has not improved despite two weeks of treatment. Can I use Monistat or another antifungal cream like Lotrimin to treat the rash, and if so, which type should I use?

I have chronic migraines and currently have a severe 10/10 migraine that I cannot manage with any medication, including Tylenol, ibuprofen, Benedryl, oxycodone, or Valium. I have a history of prolonged QT, AFib, lupus SLE, lesions in the brain, and dementia. I'm allergic to triptans and other medications due to my medical conditions. What can I do for this severe migraine, and can you help me with an acute dose of medication?

I'm having pain on my left lower abdomen close to my groin area, but it doesn't hurt when I press on it. I'm a female with no past gynecological issues, but I have had two D&C procedures and a c-section in 2013. I work in home health and recently lifted a patient, wondering if this could be related to the pain. The pain is not present when I press down hard on the area, and it doesn't radiate to the back. Could this be related to ligaments in the groin area?
