My throat has been bothering me. I went to an ENT specialist who used a camera to look down my nose and into my throat. Could they determine if they saw any cancer, or can only a gastroenterologist doing an endoscopy tell that?

I have been having my period for over 3 weeks. I have kidney issues and was told my ovarian vein crosses over my ureter. I am having flank pain with the period as well. Could any of that cause a period to be over 3 weeks?

After starting a birth control pill about eight months ago, I started having a slight pain in my low abdomen on the left side. Now it has progressed and affects both sides of my pelvis, my lower back, and sometimes my legs. There was nothing noticeably wrong during the pelvic exam I had the other day. My doctor thinks that the pain could be due to the estrogen in the birth control pill. I would just like some more information in regards to this issue.
