Is there a risk of amoeba infection if a child picks up a toy from the ground that was in dirt/mud and puts it in their mouth, especially considering a case where a child died from Balamuthia after playing in dirt/mud?

I have been having my period for over 3 weeks. I have kidney issues and was told my ovarian vein crosses over my ureter. I am having flank pain with the period as well. Could any of that cause a period to be over 3 weeks?

I use cocaine 1 to 2 grams a week, and I took half a gram on Thursday evening. I have a drug test on Monday night, and I'm not sure if it's a urine test. Am I likely to fail the test?

After starting a birth control pill about eight months ago, I started having a slight pain in my low abdomen on the left side. Now it has progressed and affects both sides of my pelvis, my lower back, and sometimes my legs. There was nothing noticeably wrong during the pelvic exam I had the other day. My doctor thinks that the pain could be due to the estrogen in the birth control pill. I would just like some more information in regards to this issue.

I have been experiencing blurred vision, ringing in the ear (tinnitus), low energy, stiff neck, puffy eyes, and occasional shortness of breath for the past 3-4 years. I have had an MRI of my brain, been to two ENTs, and had a wellness check-up with normal thyroid function. The only diagnosis I received was hearing loss and tinnitus in my left ear. What could be causing these symptoms and what additional tests should I consider?
