I have completely detached my frenulum on my penis. There is no pain or swelling, and minimal bleeding that stopped 5 hours ago. I have used polysporin antibiotic ointment and gauze. Is it necessary to go to a clinic immediately or can it wait? Will the frenulum ever reconnect, and should I bandage it?

I have swelling in my lower legs and ankles, and red splotches on my legs in the same area. The swelling has been happening for several months, and the splotches are more recent, for a few weeks. I have high blood pressure and am type 2 diabetic. I have had two successful back surgeries within the last two years. My doctor increased my diuretic medication about 4 weeks ago, but the symptoms have continued. What could be causing these symptoms and what tests should I consider?

For almost two years, the skin on the inside of my upper lip has been peeling off and soon replaces itself after I scrape it off. I have seen three doctors, including a specialist, but they don't know the cause. Mouth washes and scrubbing with an electric toothbrush help temporarily, but the thin, stubborn skin returns. What could be causing this and what should I do?
