I worked out this morning and did upper body. Felt good. Did the bike after and ran. Then someone dropped something off to my house that was really heavy. I went and walked it inside no more than like 10-15 feet. Got in the car and came back and leaned down and my lower back started hurting so bad: It almost feels like it is slightly more on my right side and going down my right thigh. It is more of a burning pain. I’ve gotten lower back pain before but it usually happens several hours after doing something. Can you hurt it that quickly?

I have been experiencing intermittent blood in my stool for the past 4 months. I am a 37-year-old Asian female. I am unsure if I have hemorrhoids and have noticed what appears to be a fissure or raw skin area, but I am not certain if this is the cause of the bleeding. The blood is a small amount, red on the stool, and muted red/pink on the paper. I have an appointment with a colorectal NP in a month but wanted some advice beforehand. Should I be concerned about colon or rectal cancer, and if so, would the symptoms typically worsen over time?

I am experiencing flushing and swelling of the face, high blood pressure (167/111), and a heart rate of 90. I had an infusion of Actemra today at 1:30 pm for Rheumatoid Arthritis, which I have been taking for over a year. This is the first time I have had this reaction. What should I do?
