I have intense pain in my right temple, making me dizzy, with a stiff neck and jaw pain. The pain is constant and started two days ago. It is stabbing in nature. I had a concussion earlier this year. I am a 23-year-old female with no history of migraines or seasonal allergies. This is the first time I have experienced this pain. What could be causing this and how should I manage it?

The pain has increased significantly over the past few days, particularly inside my nose and into my right sinus, which was the blocked one. My sinuses are also tender to touch. My husband is taking blood thinning medication and has a large bruise on the back of his left leg. He was hospitalized and cannot walk due to pain. The CT showed no muscle damage, but he is in severe pain. Why can he not walk anymore, and can it be from the bruise and the pain?

I took two 200mg Advil, one at 10am and the other at 5pm, 0.5mg Ativan at noon, and plan to take the other 0.5mg Ativan at 10pm. I also take 81mg baby aspirin at night. Is it safe to take all of them even though they are taken at different times, considering I have arthritis, anxiety, and previously had chest pain? Additionally, how long does 1mg of lorazepam stay in the system, and is it safe to drink one or two glasses of wine tonight after taking 1mg of lorazepam yesterday?
