Is pain for diverticulitis always on one specific side or can it be generalized? I had diverticulitis quite a few years ago with an abscess but I don’t remember if it was one side or generalized. I don’t have a fever. I was constipated but today I have diarrhea. Cramping when I have to go to the bathroom. I am just trying to get a better picture of what I might be dealing with before I go to the ER and wait hours to see a doctor.

My son is prone to inner ear infections and has had tubes in the past. He recently experienced fever when lying down but was fine during the day. Today, he wants to sleep and has fevers when he does, but no fever when he is up. He eats without issue but has no energy. Besides the fever, he has no cough or chills, and his breathing is normal. He had bronchitis two years ago and is prone to inner ear infections. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have had a runny/stuffy nose for the past 10 days, followed by a severe cough 5 days ago. The cough worsens at night and when exposed to cold air, and it interferes with my ability to talk or operate normally. I tested negative for COVID-19. What is my current condition/diagnosis, and what can I do to help myself?
